Delivery
Delivery to All OF MAINLAND UK IS FREE OF CHARGE.
Please note that we do have a MINIMUM ORDER VALUE which is £295.00. Any order which totals up to less than this minimum amount (except mattresses & Free Express delivery items) will have a delivery charge of £29.95 added.
All Non-Mainland UK Orders (including Free Express delivery items) for delivery to (regardless of value) Isle of Wight ( Band 'A' ) Northern Ireland (Band 'B' ), Isle of Man, Scottish Islelands, Republic of Ireland, Isles of Scilly and The Channel Islands (Band 'C' ) will incur the delivery charges listed below.

At present when ordering, check-out will say free UK delivery for the above areas, the additional charge will be added to your order and acknowledged. Please allow an extra 7-10 working days for deliveries to the above areas.

We Do Not Deliver On A Saturday or Sunday
Normal delivery lead-times will vary according to the product ordered, and are shown against each individual item. Delivery to areas in remote parts of Mainland UK my take longer, but this will be detailed in your order confirmation. In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfill this deadline, you will be contacted immediately.

On receipt of your order, we will send an acknowledgement of the order by email. The acknowledgement will confirm full details of the item(s) you have purchased. Please take time and care to check the following:

Confirmation of Delivery
Silentnight & Sealy's products are delivered by their own dedicated Direct Home Delivery team (Except 'Express Next Day' delivery items), who deliver to your room of choice, upstairs or down. All other products on our site are delivered by a team of quality outside contractors, who we have strictly vetted.
As soon as possible and within our quoted delivery time, Silentnight, Sealy or our appointed delivery contractors, will phone you to confirm the delivery day along with a AM or PM time slot. We cannot give a more specific anticipated delivery time for that particular day.
Please note that despatch of the goods will not be made unless this telephone contact has been made to you.

Changing Confirmed Delivery Date
In the event that you need to change a pre-booked delivery date, then do so, as a matter of priority, by contacting relevant number given above.
At Your Home
Delivery is generally carried out by 2 experienced delivery drivers (Except 'Express Next Day' delivery items which will be by a driver only & delivery is to doorway only), who will deliver your new goods to the room of your choice. They cannot however assemble your new goods, remove packageing or dispose of your old furniture.
Failed Deliveries
In the event that you refuse your delivery, or if you miss your delivery, a card will be left with the contact details to re-arange delivery/collection for another day. We do however reserve the right to recoup transportation costs for the return trip.
Returns, Refunds & Canellation Policy
If your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery we will either exchange the product or issue a full refund within 14 days of your delivery. This does not effect your statutory rights.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, or change your mind, and noitify us within 7 working days of delivery( except beds and mattresses), we will offer you a choice of either exchange to another product or collection and refund of the goods, providing that all items are returned in their original packing.
Please make sure, that the furniture you are ordering is of the correct size and shape to gain access to the building or room into which the furniture needs to go.
We do however, reserve the right to recover costs of collection & original delivery costs, which would be deducted from the refund amount, please note that we are unable to offer a refund for lenghts of fabric, bought by the metre. The charges (Mainland UK only) for collection (per item) would be as follows:

Please note that there will be a further charge added on to the above, for orders which were delivered to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Alderney and Sark, Scilly Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man.
You need to ensure that all reasonable care is taken of the goods whilst in your possession, and where possible original wrappings must be retained and used for collection.
The supplier, who will liase with you to arrange a mutually convenient day for collection, will complete the collection of cancelled goods. Once we have received confirmation that the goods have been collected and returned in good condition, we will issue the relevant refund.
Product Guarentees
Silentnight & Sealy Products
All Silentnight & Sealy Beds & Mattresses are covered under the manufacturers 5 -year guarentee. In the unlikely event that a problem should arise due to either faulty material or poor workmanship, during the first year they promise to replace any part or all of the product that is defective, completely free of charge.
During the second year, replacements will be free of charge, but will attract a contribution to the transport costs.
In subsequent years, there would be a charge leved for the replacement of the faulty item. The charges are based on a sliding scale, the older the item is, the more you would need to contribute towards the replacement, which would be calculated as follows;
2 - 3 years (40% of the current retail price)
3 - 4 years (60% of the current retail price)
4 - 5 years (80% of the current retail price)
In order to validate the guarentee, you would need to comply with the Warrenty Conditions. Under the law, the Contract of Sale exists between us the retailer and you the consumer. Consequently, if you have cause to complain, please contact Relax Sofas + Beds quote your order reference number and outline the nature of your complaint. We will then liase with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Other Products
All other products carry a 1 year manufacturers guarentee. If you have cause to complain then please contact Relax Sofas + Beds as soon as possible.
Payment
We accept the following credit and debit cards: VISA, Mastercard, Eurocard, Switch, Solo, Connect, Maestro and JCB.
All items which have a delivery time of longer than 4 weeks are able to be ordered with a 20% deposit and the balance payable just prior to delivery. To take advantage of this offer you can order on-line as normal and then send an E-Mail to info@relaxbeds.co.uk stating your order number and you wish to pay a deposit only or you can telephone your order on 01507-611065 (between 9.30am & 5.00 pm Monday to Friday).
Please note that when you click on 'PAY NOW' the card payment is only being authorised, the actual payment will be amended and a new acknowledgement sent so that only a 20% deposit is taken as requested.

We want you to shop with us with total confidence. All personal information is transfered from our web site into our secure database. Our secure server software fully encrypts all your personal information including your credit card/debit card number and your name and address.
