Q.Who Are Relax Sofas and Beds?

A. Relax Sofas and Beds are a subsidiary of Style Furniture Limited.

We are a 'bricks and mortar' furniture retailer and our registered address is:

Main Road, Fotherby, Louth, Lincolnshire, LN11 0TD

We have been trading for over 25 years and one of the Directors of the company has also been, for a number of years, a Director of a Silentnight Group company.

Together we have an unrivalled knowledge of the furniture industry.

Q. Do Prices Include V.A.T.?

A. Yes (VAT exempt items are available)

Q. What Methods Of Payment Do You Accept?

A. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Q. Does a password have to be entered when ordering?

A. Yes, this is to enable you to view your secure order information, the password can be any word of your choosing. 

Q. Do you do interest free credit?

A. Yes, On orders over £750 we offer 6 months interest free credit and 12 months for orders over £1500, subject to status. Please contact us by telephone 01507-611065 (between 9.30am - 5.15pm, Monday - Friday) or by E-Mail sales@relaxbeds.co.uk for information and finance forms. A deposit of 20% is required upon ordering, the interest free period does not begin until after your order has been delivered. Please note that a setting up fee of £29.00 is charged for all intrest free credit orders.

Q. Does a telephone number have to be entered in both the contact no. and alternative no. boxes?

A. Yes, however the same number can be entered for both if you have only one number. 

Q. What is the Stainguard treatment?

A. This is a treatment available on all fabric sofas/sofabeds and chairs, it has a 5 Year guarantee against stains occurring from accidental spills of drinks and various fluids. The treatment is performed on the main body of the item with all the back, seat and scatter cushions + armcaps if ordered done seperately on all four sides. Please note this treatment does not protect against general dirt & grime etc, but is highly recommended for light coloured fabrics in particular. Q. How are your products delivered?

A. Silentnight Limited have their own vastly experienced home delivery department, who deliver all our Silentnight Bed orders. All other orders are delivered by a dedicated, professional Home Delivery company. Please note 'Express Next Day' deliveries are generally delivered by a driver only and will deliver item to doorway only, delivery can be anytime during day.

Q. Do you charge for delivery?

A. No, unless the total amount of the order is less than £295.00 (all mattresses delivered free) or delivery address is not Mainland UK.
